1. Risk Assessment
During our A2 Media Music Video production there will be several risks
that we need to take into consideration throughout the filming. Also we
need to consider Health and Safety of the follow group members and
camera crew.
Illness – If for some reason a member of the team falls in, this would set
us back a significant amount of time and effort, so to be on the safe side
we will make sure there is a back up actor of a film crew t the ready, this
will save time and a the risk of a lower grade.
Member of team letting us down – There is always a risk of a member of
the team letting us down, so to eliminate that probability we will make
sure that the people we ask, are loyal and most of all trustworthy.
The weather –As all of our filming will be outside we really have to take
the risk of it raining into account. What we have done for the days of
filming is thoroughly check the weather forecast. If does happen to rain
on the day of filming we’ll have to call it off as we cant risk getting the
equipment wet.
Damage of equipment – what we will have to take into consideration is
the safety of the equipment we use, if for instance there is a piece of
equipment hat gets damaged it could set us back so long and even
resulting in us not being able to film at all, we will take extra special care
and the camera will hardly leave the tripod.
Correct props/Costumes – during the filming of our music video, what
we need to make sure is correct is that the costumes and props are real
suited to the music video.
