a set recruitment procedure and/or even maintain
shift plans.
It also reduces the need for paper spreadsheets.

employee would be found in one central location,
quick and easy to access.

CONCLUSION &
RECOMMENDATION
In summary, all three systems have pros and cons
that have been identified
Nonetheless, I would recommend SAGE 50 HR as a
preferred HR system based on the popularity of the
sage brand (a trusted brand), the ease of use,
comprehensive yet very basic to implement,
encompasses all features we need and its cost
efficiency.
