development company, Trove, Inc. Through strategic leadership and a commitment to
client success, the company has served clients such as; Centers for Disease Control
and Preventions, US Army, US Air Force, Porter Novelli, Cox, Autotrader, Manheim, St.
Louis Metropolitan Police Department, Brookdale, Hillside, Momentum Worldwide and

Key Initiatives
o Designed and delivered executive coaching in Cox’s Executive Leadership
Program increasing leaders’ talent value and effectiveness across many
departments
o Designed and delivered executive coaching and leadership core competency
training in a multi-year program for the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC) strengthening leadership capabilities in National Center for
Birth Defects and Disabilities
o Designed and delivered a leadership assessment and core competency program
for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department increasing leadership
effectiveness and ensuring strong succession for a new Chief of Police.

o Designed and continuing to implement a leadership coaching and training
initiative with Hillside CEO and leadership team, a robust non-profit, that
provides learning and counseling for students with behavioral issues located in
mid-town Atlanta.

Leading a consulting firm to provide talent development, business strategy, and
coaching to non-profit teams and small business leaders. Through a successful and
affordable approach for this clientele the consultancy has served such clients as;
ministry leaders worldwide, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, church leaders and
companies such as ICM Georgia and The Georgia Renaissance Festival.

o Wrote an extensive leadership training workshop for Velociteach, an Atlanta
project management training company – taught this course for one year around
the country ensuring project managers across industries developed their soft
