Over sees shipping, receiving, and test departments. Responsible for mid and end year reviews and any disciplinary actions.
Hiring and termination also part of this role.
Managing daily shipments and tracking of on time delivery as well as on time receipts.

Upon taking the supervisor role I have implemented a material handler position, continuous improvement program, PFEP
system, 4Q analysis of problems found, re-layout of receiving department, conducted monthly 6S and safety audits.
I had the responsibility for closing 2 facilities and relocating all inventory and equipment down south to the new location. I was
in direct contact with the trucking company coordinating the amount of trucks needed each day for shipping out the equipment.
I was in direct contact with the electrical company for getting quotes and removing of the production equipment. I also traveled
to the new plant down south and trained the new employees for shipping and receiving responsibilities.
Shipping Clerk 2006 to 2012
When I started with the company back in 2006 I was brought in as a Maintenance Helper, when that position ended
I was put into the shipping department. My role was to process shipping orders, manual shipments. At one point I
was the Assistant Team Lead. My duties were to make sure the orders that had to be shipped out for the day were
shipped or if there was a problem with the orders I would have to get a hold of the CSR’s. This only happened when
the Team Lead was absent. I have been doing credit returns for the last 5 ½ years, I have worked in the Kit cell
building kits, micro drives. I have also worked in CCIP production area downloading software and packaging our
drives. I now monitor the Zlam reports for pick pack and ship, kit cell, warranty orders, subcontract order’s, medium
voltage order’s. I have to order or pick parts for the order’s that are ready to ship out for the day. I also have to create
production orders for parts that we do not have material for.

2. I was brought in to be a driver for the company. I would go and make deliveries to new home construction and
remodeled homes. Sometimes we would have to load our own trucks for the deliveries for the next day or sometimes
for the same day deliveries. I would have to go and pick parts for orders going out the next day and load trucks. There
was time’s that I would have to receive incoming trucks and material coming in from different suppliers. When I
stopped driving for the company I was given the position of Lead Dock Person. I would have to make sure the trucks
were being loaded correctly with the right parts and quantity. There were 2 drivers and 2 driver helper’s that had to
report to me. I would have to route the deliveries from closest to farthest away.

I drove tuck for the company making daily deliveries to new home construction, and remodel homes. We would
deliver custom cabinets, custom millwork,custom mantels and counter-tops. I would have to go and pick the material
to load the trucks daily. I would work independently everyday because our molding shop was a separate building
down the road. I would have to receive trucks and all incoming material that would come into the separate building.
When we were slow I would help out in the main building prepping cabinets for deliveries, help load trucks for
deliveries, making custom millwork.
