I like to get the job done and done right. I have been an Asst. Parts Manager and Parts Manager for close to 13 of those years and I am always interested in learning more and becomimng better at my craft as I move forward in my career to achieve the next level. WORK EXPERIENCE Parts Manager March 2015 – Present Ed Voyles Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Automotive Sales and Repair Services Perform everyday duties as parts manager while growing the business while also lowering expenses by five to ten percent. I started with the Voyles group being given the opportunity to take the helm of a large, fast paced, and well established parts department. We have found ways to become more efficient and profitable by installing fresh processes while maintaining customer satisfaction and expanding our customer base. When I started with the dealership I began with an inventory level of $1.1 million with about $70,000 of obsolescence. Within 2 ½ years I have been able to get inventory down to about $1 million and bringing the obsolescence down to less than $1000 using available returns methods from FCA and selling non- returnable parts while maintaining an effective off-the-shelf fill rate. Parts Manager June 2014 – March 2015 Malcolm Cunningham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Automotive Sales and Repair Services Perform everyday duties as parts manager while starting up a brand new dealership. I started with the Cunnigham Auto family immediately after leaving Landmark Dodge. While awaiting the opening of the new dealership I worked at Malcolm Cunningham Hyundai, helping them transition over to new ownership as Mr. Cunningham had just opened that dealership as well. I helped work with the parts department there and started to learn the new DMS (Arkona Dealertrack) with them. While preparing for the opening of the Chrysler store I set up the department with a new layout for shelving and for other items in the department, as well as prepared the initial stock order for the dealership. I had to get the suggested IOP from Chrysler and reconfigure the quantities and ordered items to fulfill the needs of the

I have taken a role in helping develop and help train the service department in the “Chrysler” way of doing things, as well as maintain my own department. Parts Manager September 1999 – June 2014 Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram | Morrow, Georgia Automotive Sales and Repair Services Perform day to day parts department duties and functions in every position from warehouse to management. I started at Landmark on the retail parts counter and quickly move onto the much faster paced technician parts counter. I would have to specify the part and check availability, place orders and fulfill them. I then also started learning the warehouse side of the department in which we would check in the parts, put the parts up, process warranty returns to be shipped, and process any other various returns to Chrysler. I next had the opportunity to learn the management of the department. I started to process and place the daily orders, go over the stock orders and make any necessary adjustments. I also started learning how to process and follow up on MRA's to Chrysler and do the weekly reconciliations of the statements. I have had to deal with customers in all aspects of the department while maintaining good customer relations. I have also gone out to visit our wholesale customers to promote and maintain our relationships with them. While here with Landmark I have also taken on adding another manufacturer as the parts professional and also assisted in setting up and running the department of another one of our dealerships.
