Narrative enigma this could be about
a lost love as she appears to have
been hurt that’s why she is looking

It could also be portrayed as that she

create a lot of shadow under her face this
applies a slight mysterious look to the
cover. The image looks to have its
saturation edited to give the colours more
of a full look to make the red stand out
along with the golden skin tone.
Back cover-Lighted from the side but to
the front of Rihanna this emphasises on
her coving the middle of her legs with her
arms.
