This study examined reproductive health service utilization and social determinants among married female rural-to-urban migrants in Wuhan and Shenzhen, China. A survey of 997 married female migrants found that reproductive health service utilization was low at 38%. Educational attainment had a positive impact on utilization of reproductive health consultations and checkups. The study concluded that reproductive health service utilization among married female migrants in China remains at a low level. It recommended that local health departments enhance reproductive health services through community health centers to improve utilization.

This paper aims at identity the socio – economic determinants of cumulative fertility number of children ever born to women at the end of their reproductive period. The first step is to determine explanatory variables likely to impact the children ever born using multiple regression analysis. The path analysis if used to find out the direct and indirect implied effects of the selected socio demographic factors on children ever born (CEB). The zero order correlation coefficients of various socio economic and demographic variables on CEB are estimated. Percentages of the total absolute effect on CEB through endogenous and exogenous variables are estimated. Direct, Indirect and implied effect of the selected explanatory variables on CEB are obtained by using path analysis.

The National Health Mission’s reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health (RMNCH+A) strategic approach underscores the need to ensure quality health care. A key thrust of the government’s reform focus has, thus, been on plugging service delivery gaps through improved, evidence-based decision making. The USAID-funded Health Finance and Governance (HFG) project supported the country’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) to yield preliminary insights into the level of patient satisfaction and utilization of public health services.

The presentation shows the results of the recent Nepal Female Community Health Volunteer (FCHV) National Survey which was funded by USAID, UNICEF, and Save the Children, and conducted by Advancing Partners & Communities in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Population. It collected updated information on FCHV work profiles, the services they provide, and the support they receive from different levels of the health system. In addition, the survey set out to understand FCHV motivational factors, and how FCHVs are perceived by the communities that they serve. The ultimate goal of the survey was to identify possible suggestions for policy change or other strategies to sustain the FCHV program in Nepal.

This research proposal outlines a study to assess the effectiveness of a structured teaching program on knowledge of post-dialysis home care management among clients undergoing hemodialysis. This study examined the relationship between socioeconomic status, geographical location, and patient visits to five dental clinics in major cities across India over a six month period. The study found significantly higher numbers of patients from urban areas compared to rural/low socioeconomic areas for all five clinics. Statistical analysis showed the differences in patient numbers between urban and rural/low socioeconomic groups were highly significant. The study concludes that lack of awareness, transportation barriers, and cost may prevent rural and low-income patients from accessing needed dental care services.

Hargeisa Group Hospital (HGH) in Hargeisa, Somaliland, since the problem statement of this study
mentions numerous challenges which exist at HGH’s health service delivery mechanism which arose
during the Civid-19. Therefore, the general objective of this study is to identify the role of good governance on
health service delivery. Further along, the study employed mixed approach method of research, specifically case
study research design were used, and also the participants of the study were 20 persons who have experienced at
HGH. Moreover, study revealed that good governance improves health services’ availability, equity,
fairness, transparency, effectiveness, affordability, efficiency, appropriateness, comprehensiveness and etc. In
emphasis, the study found, that good governance have not fully implemented at HGH. Whereas, study found

Eggs are passed in feces and require fresh water to hatch into coracidium larvae that are consumed by copepods. Fish eat the infected copepods and become second intermediate hosts harboring the plerocercoid larvae, continuing the lifecycle if humans eat the raw or undercooked fish.

- 4. INTRODUCTION Reproductive health (RH) has always been a public heath concern, which determines the entire nation's quality. In developing countries, female migrants are the most vulnerable group in receiving health care services and have low RH knowledge. They are assumed to have extremely limited autonomy and accessibility to RH services.
- 5. RATIONALE “Aims to provide scientific evidence that can help government develop appropriate plans and policies resulting from the RH knowledge and service provision improvement for the married rural-to- urban.”
- 6. A face-to-face structured questionnaire survey was used, with primary focus on RH service utilization. A cross-sectional survey was conducted between July 1, 2011 to December 15, 2012 in cities in China, Wuhan and Shenzhen. METHODOLOGY SAMPLE SIZE DATA SAMPLING A total of 1021 rural-to-urban married migrants were invited to participate, with 997 valid survey results obtained. A purposive sampling method was performed. DATA COLLECTION STUDY DESIGN
- 7. DEMOGRAPHICS Over half (67.5%) of the married migrants' educational levels were in junior school or high school standard, with 25.5% at the college level and above standard. Most participants of married migrants (75.3%) were above 30 years old with less than 10 years work experience (56.5%). FINDINGS/RESULT S

A large proportion of participants were found to be working with trade, service industry, and food (39.5%), others to have temporary jobs (14.0%), and those serving as decorators and architects (11.3%). - 9. RH Service Utilization RH Consultation The results showed that the RH service utilization (38.0%) was at a low level in married migrants and the accessibility of RH service was poor. Females who migrated to Wuhan obtained fewer RH consultations than those in Shenzhen. FINDINGS/RESULT S
- 10. Educational attainment had a significant positive effect on RH consultation and RH checkup services, that is, the higher their education level, the higher the utilization of RH services. The age group ranging from 25-29 received the most RH education, but with the least RH checkup service.
