The Charleston Conference session on November 4, 2016, presented the EAST project's collaboration strategies and progress, involving retention of over 6 million monographs for 15 years across partnered libraries. Key steps included the establishment of a retention model using the Greenglass tool, alongside rigorous analysis and member engagement processes, ensuring successful decision-making and execution. Lessons learned highlighted the importance of communication, timely feedback, and resource support for effective collaboration.
