This is the approx nature of the Indian retail market. Now, the retail market is growing faster than
other markets. I have drawn the graph where you will understand the growth of the market.
Everywhere you can find the sig of modern retailing process. So it has huge requirements of quality
workers in India. Therefore,we have been trying to train the people who are living urban and rural
areas of West Bengal. After completing our training we assure that we will place our maximum
students to concern industries. It will give extra-profit to the industry as well as it will solve the
unemployment problems in our working areas in West Bengal.
Feasibility Study
The retail is the very much important in modern India. For this reason, desperately we want to teach
the urban & rural area’s students. Not only we will teach them, but also we will place the successful
candidate in the industry. It will create the job as well as it will help the concern industries to get more
profit. On the other hand, we plan to teach soft skills and spoken English to the students for their
future. It will help them to work under any kind of environment in the industry. Also the retail sector
has been changed the Indian market. Near future, retail industry will be the major industry in India.
Therefore, to survive, it will need more skilled worker. Thu, our 10years vocational training and
placement in retail, should get success. In our training process,we will try to take help from industry
to make our retail lab, by arranging instruments and other non-technical things from corresponding
industry.
Methodology
Organised retailing is the new trend in Modern India. Recently, it has been growing tremendously. So,
for that reason, the industry requires skilled worker. In the training procedure, our aim is to skilled the
unemployed people.
We plan that the duration of the course is 6 months. Again, we have divided this training into two
parts. First three month, we will teach them about retailing .Then they have to go to industry as a
trainee

 Environment friendly process, so it will reduce the e-waste. Thus environment is benefitted.
Conclusion
Modern era is being controlled by the technology. Humans have invented digital system which can
help them to reach the destination. But one of the adverse effects of industrialisation is Pollution. Due
to electronic scraps,e-waste has created more pollution. Simultaneously, huge amount of people don’t
have skill to work in digitalised system. Again, if any one doesn’t know how to use the technology, it
is impossible for him or her to survive in the modern civilisation. On other hand, to fight against the
poverty, it is the society’s due to teach them how to cross the poverty level. According to our plan, not
only we have been training the people, but also we have placed them or helped them if they want to
go for business. We are confident they we will open the new window.

Now, the retail market is growing faster than other markets. I have drawn the graph where you will understand the growth of the market. Everywhere you can find the sig of modern retailing process. So it has huge requirements of quality workers in India. Therefore,we have been trying to train the people who are living urban and rural areas of West Bengal. After completing our training we assure that we will place our maximum students to concern industries. It will give extra-profit to the industry as well as it will solve the unemployment problems in our working areas in West Bengal. Feasibility Study The retail is the very much important in modern India. For this reason, desperately we want to teach the urban & rural area’s students. Not only we will teach them, but also we will place the successful candidate in the industry. It will create the job as well as it will help the concern industries to get more profit. On the other hand, we plan to teach soft skills and spoken English to the students for their future. It will help them to work under any kind of environment in the industry. Also the retail sector has been changed the Indian market. Near future, retail industry will be the major industry in India. Therefore, to survive, it will need more skilled worker. Thu, our 10years vocational training and placement in retail, should get success. • 9. Conclusion Modern era is being controlled by the technology. Humans have invented digital system which can help them to reach the destination. But one of the adverse effects of industrialisation is Pollution. Due to electronic scraps,e-waste has created more pollution. Simultaneously, huge amount of people don’t have skill to work in digitalised system. Again, if any one doesn’t know how to use the technology, it is impossible for him or her to survive in the modern civilisation. On other hand, to fight against the poverty, it is the society’s due to teach them how to cross the poverty level. According to our plan, not only we have been training the people, but also we have placed them or helped them if they want to go for business. We are confident they we will open the new window.
