1. RetImpresa: Agenzia confederale per le reti di imprese
L’Agenzia
Per monitorare, assistere, promuovere questi nuovi modelli di aggregazione è stata costituita
l'Agenzia confederale per le reti d'impresa -RETIMPRESA-.
RetImpresa nasce il 28 ottobre 2009. Per il primo biennio la Presidenza di RetImpresa è
attribuita di diritto al Vice Presidente di Confindustria per i Distretti Industriali e le Politiche
Territoriali Aldo Bonomi.
I soci
Oggi RetImpresa rappresenta 52 soci effettivi (33 Territoriali, 9 regionali, due categorie, 8
federazioni di settore).
Si allega l'elenco dei soci aggiornato al 26 aprile 2010.
Gli obiettivi prioritari
• assistere i propri soci sugli interessi da rappresentare presso le sedi istituzionali (in
vista di sviluppi sul piano legislativo relativi a finanziamenti, agevolazioni....)
• organizzare eventi, convegni e workshop per sensibilizzare gli imprenditori
• fornire una formazione specifica ai funzionari del sistema.
• elaborare studi , ricerche e sviluppare progetti specifici sui temi di interesse degli
associati
Progetti in corso
• Promozione della Scuola di Alta Formazione per i Manager di rete, con Luiss,
Università di Padova e Confindustria Belluno (Feltre – Belluno, Luglio - Settembre
2010). Il corso è rivolto ad imprenditori, manager e professionisti che vogliano
mettere le proprie competenze al servizio di sistemi di reti di impresa, funzionari e
dipendenti di enti istituzionali o associativi che si trovino ad interagire con
aggregazioni imprenditoriali reticolari.
• Sviluppo del Progetto Rating nell’ambito di un accordo siglato con Barclays Italia e
affidato per la parte scientifica all’Associazione Premio Qualità Italia (APQI),che ha
come obiettivo la definizione di una nuova metodologia di Rating bancario. Il Modello
integra la classica valutazione quantitativa condotta sulla base dei parametri
finanziari con un rating di tipo qualitativo che valuta le performance aziendali ed in
particolare la capacità di stare in rete;
• Realizzazione di un ciclo di seminari di formazione per i funzionari del Sistema sul
tema delle reti d' impresa organizzati con SFC - Sistemi Formativi Confindustria. Un
percorso che ha permesso di formare nell’arco di 3 mesi 200 funzionari e quadri delle
nostre associazioni, creando all'interno del Sistema un nucleo consistente di
professionisti in grado di assistere le imprese nei processi di costituzione delle Reti.
