Facilitate Creation of a Non-profit Fund May 2015-Present
- Currently working directly with the COO of Insight Human Services (formerly Partnership for a Drug-Free NC) to create a unique
fund.
-Donations received will go towards financial support for those who struggle with the disease of addiction and mental health
issues in the Raleigh area.
-In the process of creating a Facebook Page with the VP of Communications so those who have benefited from the fund may reach
out to the family for further support.
Certified Facilitator for Strengthening Families Program (Military Family Adaptation) January 2016
-Received certification in Jacksonville North Carolina through RTI International and Iowa State University trainers.
- The purpose of the study is to adapt, implement and evaluate a nationally-recognized family skills-building curriculum.
