Preparation of proposals (bid preparation & submission) including internal approval processes
Market service products to new & existing customers. Drive sales process.
Interaction with customers at all level on continuation basis.
Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business
development.
Active participation in strategic sales planning, Business Development, MIS, Forecasting, Pricing
etc.
Plan & support customer for outages & trouble shooting in terms of service/parts/repair
requirements.
Competition analysis, pricing strategy, deal structuring, commercial terms and conditions review
and offer finalization.
Customer follow-up, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations & order finalization.
Support the fleet management and fleet marketing communication.
Handling key corporate customers e.g. NTPC, CESC, BHEL, CLP, SEBs (HPGCL, UPRVUNL
etc.)
Co-ordinate with various stakeholders (HQ and Local) for sales forecast, pricing & technical
updates.
