Managed multiple ROR/Spares contracts with NAVSUP/NAVAIR valued at over $70M requiring
deliveries to both DOD and FMS customers. Coordinated with multiple manufacturing locations.
Responsible and accountable for transferring system design, contractual requirements and schedules,
functional shop loads, program cost data and staffing requirements, purchased material schedules and
manufacturing requirements into a executable production plan. Prime interface between the program
office, project design, production engineering, and functional support functions for all production
activities. Responsible for the planning and coordination of manufacturing efforts from order receipt to

Accomplishments: Leverage Six Sigma practices to drive continuous improvement to performance,
customer perception, and business & professional growth; which resulted in exceeding monthly
delivery goals for 18 consecutive months with improvement of RTAT and WIP. Increased average
monthly delivery of units from 20/mo. (2014) to 50/mo. (currently). Reduced customer back-log,
exceeded annual operating plan (AOP) and increased critical MFA/IRR deliveries year-over-year.
Recognized with individual/team achievement award for 3 consecutive years

was built/designed from the 1990s. Lead both F-15 and F-18 in purchase/refurbishment of STE with
alignment SVC STE roadmap. Worked closely with engineering group for incorporation of Test
Portfolio as the common software approach. Completed refurbishment of 2nd
RCVR Unit Test station
in Forest MI, which was completed on schedule and under its $1.67M budget. Lead/completed Blue-
sky project, which was transition of radar array front panel machining from CA to RMP in TX. Lead
OTD reporting for MR& L group with reporting of TAS metrics to SAS level and was recognized with
individual achievement award for 5 consecutive years

Preparation/publication of SAS Operations metrics. Establishment and enhancement of Board of
Directors metrics and Measurement Community of Practices metrics. Team Lead for the establishment
of Common Factory Metrics across SAS Operations. Supported and enhanced the SAS Metrics
Dashboard. Responded to DCMA surveys for SAS leadership
Accomplishments: SAS Operations representative on the Measurement Community of Practices,
which supported "One Company" Ops initiatives (Metrics development/definition, Product Lead,

passive thermal control of hardware. Prepare detailed statement of works and technical documentation
in support of subcontractors’ activities. Interface, monitor and provide technical assistance of
subcontractors’ activities. Establish and monitor Earn Value requirements. Establish and track
projected manpower requirements and manufacturing schedules. Support process, material selection
and product development studies/testing
Accomplishments:
Recipient of Hughes Space and Communications Technical Excellence award as member of TDRS
Spring-Back Reflector Design team. Achieved surface contour precision in a space environment on
two full-scale engineering models. Advantages resulted in a 500% shorter schedule and cost savings
exceeding $25 million
