I was born in Switzerland, after successfully graduating I had a career as a professional athlete in the sport of snowboarding. I was a paid
professional for 12 years from 1990 to 2002. in 2002 I integrated the marketing department of Billabong a surfwear brand. I then progressed
from team manager to marketing coordinator to the European outerwear marketing manager for Billabong. I then seized the opportunity to
manage the Salomon snowboards brand and move to the mountains with my wife and son.
