Unigraf LLC is a production company established in 1992 in Dubai that specializes in marketing campaigns through branding, displays, and in-store designs. With over 20 years of experience working with multinational clients, Unigraf provides turnkey solutions and in-house services for projects. The company operates out of a 58,000 square foot facility with five divisions and 100 employees dedicated to the GCC region. Unigraf aims to balance cost effectiveness and high quality images through utilizing different materials for displays.

¢ UNIGRAF was established in 1992 as a production company dedicated for
the development and execution of marketing campaigns’ tools; from
consultancy, to branding, and in-store displays.
¢ Our 20 plus years of experience in a wide range of production materials
with several multinational clients has enabled us to provide them with
turnkey solutions and complete in-house services covering the entire
project from A to Z.
¢ We aim to find the best balance between cost effectiveness and image for
the display, utilizing the different raw materials at hand.

5. PRODUCTION FACILITIES / BUSINESS DIVISIONS
¢ We currently have five specialized divisions occupying a facility of 58,000
sqf in Dubai Investments Park. These divisions collectively produce
displays, exhibition stands, mall podiums, complete digital printed
branding among other special projects. This facility employs a team of 100
personnel and is dedicated for the GCC region requirements.

6. PRODUCTION FACILITIES / BUSINESS DIVISIONS
¢ We also handle the production requirements for events, launches, and
activations using our in-house capabilities and expertise. This is enhanced
by our digital printing division and fast turnaround response time.
¢ We have created a dedicated operations team handling all projects at
hand, communicating with our clients to manage all the job details from
production requirements, artworks, installation details / dates,
dismantling, and storage.

7. We are located in the DIP in 12 warehouses across an area of 5,200 m2 with full production facilities
for Displays, Mall Podiums, Branding, and other specialized projects within the field.

8. CURRENT & FUTURE PLANS
¢ Short term plans:
— We are currently implementing a computerized system to monitor the
production costs and increase the efficiency of the operation through automated
traffic management and status feedback.
— We are concentrating on the use of recycled materials for displays, materials like
corrugated board that would reduce the cost of the units and increase the
recyclability of these units. We are working with special design software to
enhance the ease of assembly, durability, image, and practicality of these
displays.
¢ Long term plans:
— We are working on the ISO and OHSAS certification (Occupational Health &
Safety Advisory Services).
