 Reporting to the Converting Germen Expert as trainee and participated in the installation and startup
of the slitting department at the first six months of the factory startup. (Selecting and training operators
on the slitting and bag making process.
 Reporting to the quality control section head I established quality control lab and system for testing
and control of plastic film
 I Initiating technical service and customer support department working with multi-national customer
e.g. P&G, PepsiCo, Americana, Clorox, Nestlé, and COCA COLA….etc.
 Reporting to the Operations Director I worked as plant shift supervisor controlling all plant activates
starting from extrusion department, printing, lamination, converting, storage and shipping processes.
