When I accepted the position at Findlay Volkswagen, the owner / GM was in contention for a new Honda point
in Arizona. When this was to come about it would have promoted my position to GM. After roughly 18 months
and travel back and forth by himself and his to be partner, Honda factory reps traveled to visit out operation. Our
presentation of facility and personnel were at their best. A few months later our GM called me into the office to
let me know they did not get the point. During my tenure with this franchise in 33 months, we grew from 8 sales
people including internet to 18 sales people including internet and from 50 units per month to 150. My first full
year I received the “Best of the Best” award and in my second full year achieving the Wolfsburg Crest Award,
top 50 VW dealers in the country in sales and C.S.I. out of 674, this while achieving the top finance gross
average and front end average, top 3 F&I mgrs out of 100 and top 10 out of 75 desk mgrs. After three pay plan
changes being the top 50 in the country and top in front and back end gross, I was paid less than a base sales
manager in like volume dealerships.

New to the Las Vegas I accepted a position as a sales manager (closer), after 3 months and being the
top sales manager in the dealership for all three months in volume, gross and CSI, I was promoted to
desk. I desked for 2 months achieving the highest gross average and then was promoted to Pre-own
director (I had the greatest depth of knowledge) exceeded all expectation surpassing the previous
director in both volume and gross. After 4 months as Pre-own director I was promoted to General
Manager of the newly acquired Acura store, 4 promotions in a 9 month period.
