March 2000 – October 2014: Paul Miller Auto Group. Finance Manager (Director)
Installed the F&I function in the Porsche and Bentley stores before moving to Land Rover to
accomplish same. Oversaw implementation of tax rules and procedures (OFAC, Red Flag) as well
as identifying and evaluating products and sales tools e.g. Menu selling programs. Maintained high
PVR and CSI. Shared GSM responsibilities and all it implies on a “Team” basis in the absence of a
sitting General Manager to operate store on a day to day basis. Interacted with corporate counsel
as expert witness during dealer litigations.
May 1999 – March 2000: Superior Bank FSB. Used Vehicle Remarketing General Manager
Operated full service used car mega store to maximize realized value of repossessed and off
lease vehicles for this now defunct Non-Prime lender. Included travelling to auction sites to
purchase and sell units, controlling reconditioning costs and credit performance.
June 1998 – May 1999: Jack Daniels Volkswagen. Finance Manager.
Installed and operated the F&I department in a store where previously there was none.
Increased finance penetration and PVR from near zero to over $900/unit. Delivered up to 100 retail
deals/mo with no admin assistant or biller.
