throughout the United States, Mexico, Bahamas, Belize and Colombia, a college education in Landscape Architecture
and Land Planning ,Civil Engineering. I represent an extensive and experienced package of professional services.
I have an extensive Hands-On construction operations background combined with knowledge in urban planning,
zoning , entitlements and land acquisition for a variety projects ranging in scale and size.
Through out my career I have held highly responsible positions. As a key note of my experience, I have been a
business manager and developer of projects where I have invested my personal finances into projects. With these
personal investments I have gained a great understanding of the value of the project investment, immeasurable value
in meeting and beating construction schedules, cash flow for development and the importance in the rate of return to
make projects work for application in future projects investments.
I continuously focus my energy on learning about new world marketplaces. I am constantly developing and honing my
skills in managing operations of projects and construction companies specializing in the green industry as it relates to
landscape and the green industry as it relates to environmentally sound building practices.
