1. Working as E&C Engineer, Production Department at Vega Conveyors and Automations ltd from

Responsibilities include:
 Maintain Production house and shop floor. Undertaking projects back to back and if needed multiple projects
at a time which could be both new or a service call.
 Conveyor machines Installation in machine shop floor. Check for any needy modifications and undergo if
needed. Provide quality service to customer.
 Installation, Erection and commissioning the machine at customer site. Trouble shooting at site and on
machine floor depending on customer need and design.
 Generating local/ on Site vendors, technical and non technical man power if needed.
 Provide the details to designer if in need of any changes or modifications to be done. Taking every care to
match both Vega and customer quality standards.
 Design time and Work completion date schedule. Plan work and appropriate man power. Arrange needy

2. Worked as Sr. Supervisor in QA & I., M/s. Vijai Electricals LTD from April 2006 to Oct 2012.
Responsibilities Include:
 Material Quality Assurance & inspection of different components like Structural Materials, RE line work
Materials, AB Switches, Horn gap fuses & Drop out fuses, LTDB’s, Clamp & Connector, Aerial Bunched
cables, Insulators, Hardware.
 Witnessing the inspections at manufacturing premises as per Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP),
Indian Standards and Technical Specification & Approved documents.
 Review and Conformity checking of documents such as MQP, Internal Test reports, Calibration status of
measuring equipments, BIS license, Raw Material Test Certificates.
 Conducted supplier audits and giving feedback to suppliers for development.
 Identifying approved and also new Suppliers and forward to Purchase department for procurement of
materials and also send relevant credentials to customers for approvals.
 Monitoring Supplier performances. Developing Manufacturing Quality Plans.
 Work Assessment and Evaluation of Supplier in the area of Engineering, Manufacturing & System
Integration. Responsible for continual improvement of the product quality and productivity.
 Coordination with internal and external Consultants / Customers.
 Usage of ERP system and update management information using appropriate MIS reports.
 Projects Closure, Preparation and compilation of erected materials data wise customer dispatch clearance
documents.
 Close liaison with contract manager, Project manager and client in relation to CIP, MICC / CHP, MDCC /
DIs.
