Current Responsibilities
I have designed Application and components design for MQ based Payment system(FEFE) along with coding and
UT and CIT.
I have also designed Application and component design ,coded and tested Web Service as per business requirement.
Responsibilities include:
 Worked as team member and technical lead in Fast payment Fraud Engine payments transformation program.

Project Payments Transformation Program

Description The security and Fraud division of RBS group uses FPFE and
EDCFE fraud engines to profile payments from different sources.As
a part of this transformation program all these payment sources will
merged into a single source and transmitted for Fraud profiling.A
single source will provide more control over all the payments and to
help identify and assess fraudulent activity.
As per my responsibility, following are the main parts of the plan to
execute the project
 Analyzing the requirements and creation of the Application
Design for the FPFE and EDCFE.
 Creation of the component design of the individual components.
 Creation of code and Unit testing the results as per the
requirement.
 Reviewing of the deliverable for the team including Component
Design, code and Unit Test Scripts.
 Identify the CICS resource to set up the MQ for the application.
 Incorporate the CICS parameters in the Application Design .

Description First point of contact web service project comes under Phoenix
respond system.
As per the user request different webservices are being called based
on the search parameter entered.
Surname,First name and postcode are being entered as the search
criteria for Personal Customer search web service;Organisation title
and Post code being enter for non-personalcustomer search.
It returns different type basic and enriched customer details based on
the operation requested.
As per my responsibility, following are the main parts of the plan to
execute the project
 Analyzing the requirements and creation of the Application
Design for the Web Service.
 Creation of the input output copybooks from the WSDL and
XSD files and ensuring that they are meeting the requirements for
the Web Service.

Brief Description:
BSC stands for Blue shield of California. Blue shield of California provides both hospital (insititutional) and Clinic
(Professional) services in its plan. BSC is dealing with life insurance claims too but that is out of the EDS systems
and we don’t receive any data from those system.
Now Schedule L majorly deal with Back-end systems. When we said Back-end systems it doesnt mean that they
deal with databases or back-end storage. Back-end system meant the back-end applications catering to back-end
operations needs. For example: Underwriting, Paid vs. billed, Month end reporting. This information is very much
important for Back-end operations to work. These are not just reports out of the system but taken a more advance
form of Business Intelligence where data needs transformation, customization and further making intelligent
decision out of the whole lot of data with Schedule H.
what can be sources of data for Schedule L or what all data is with BSC which can be utilized to get information/
1) TPSU
2) RTMS
3) Argus (This is a company to which BSC has outsourced the processing the pharmacy claims)
4) MES (Again for vision claims BSC has outsourced the processing)
5) DBP (BSC has outsourced its dental claims to DBP)
6) UBH ( BSC has outsourced its Behavioral health (mental or psychatric) claims)
7) MC400 (This system is owned by BSC now. This was a Care America (a comapany acquired by BSC. Th is
company was known for its Medicare supplemental product which BSC wanted to add to its) system. After the
acquisitions the all the normal commercial claims were moved from MC400 to TPSU and all the Medicare
supplemental were moved to MC400 from TPSU. So MC400 now is a source for Medicare supplemental claims
data.

the Inter System prior to go live will be honoured and accepted on the Inter System whilst within their quote validity
period
Existing AnnualTravel and Pet policies for the in scope brands will be migrated to UIS, New Quote and Buy sites to
be built for the in scope brands (with the exception of Royal London for Pet and RBS for Travel), mirroring the
current DL websites. New business generated on the web will be mapped across to UIS.Once a policy has been
generated on UIS, servicing of the policy will be made available including amendments, cancellations, renewals
and claims handling.

Project Payments Transformation Program Customer RBS TSI Period February 2019 to April 2016 Description The security and Fraud division of RBS group uses FPFE and EDCFE fraud engines to profile payments from different sources.As a part of this transformation program all these payment sources will merged into a single source and transmitted for Fraud profiling.A single source will provide more control over all the payments and to help identify and assess fraudulent activity. Blue shield of California provides both hospital (insititutional) and Clinic (Professional) services in its plan. BSC is dealing with life insurance claims too but that is out of the EDS systems and we don’t receive any data from those system. Now Schedule L majorly deal with Back-end systems. When we said Back-end systems it doesnt mean that they deal with databases or back-end storage. Back-end system meant the back-end applications catering to back-end operations needs. For example: Underwriting, Paid vs. billed, Month end reporting. This information is very much important for Back-end operations to work. These are not just reports out of the system but taken a more advance form of Business Intelligence where data needs transformation, customization and further making intelligent decision out of the whole lot of data with Schedule H.

This was a Care America (a comapany acquired by BSC. Th is company was known for its Medicare supplemental product which BSC wanted to add to its) system. After the acquisitions the all the normal commercial claims were moved from MC400 to TPSU and all the Medicare supplemental were moved to MC400 from TPSU. So MC400 now is a source for Medicare supplemental claims data.
