Products. Banco Ficohsa went Live on January 01 2014.

Modules: Cheque Clearing, Checkbook Request and other T24 Module
Development:
Cheque Clearing:
 Capturing of Clearing information from External Clearing System SACE through web service,
processing the cheque information in T24 and providing the output to the External Clearing system
through the web service for each of the cheque data received from SACE.
 Storing of Inward clearing information received from SACE in T24 for further processing
 Automatic assignment of Reserve days to the cheques deposited by the customers at the TELLER
based on the cut-off time, Agency and representation of Drawee bank in the clearing Zone.
 Parameterization of Cut-off time for cheque deposit, Reserve days assignment, Automatic clearing
of cheques, Processing of Inward clearing cheques etc.
Checkbook Request:
 The Bank’s customer will give a request for issuance of Check book. The Bank will record the
request in T24. Once the request is saved in the system, then the system has to automatically
Issue check books. The system should provide a option to modify the details entered during the
request. System should also allow to cancel the request and once it is cancelled, it should
automatically update all the registers and should raise a warning if the cancelled checks are
presented for payment.
