Description: This project involved application deployment and release management activities for websites of
various drinks brands. Types of sites being deployed in Development, Staging and Production Environment
were .Net, LAMP and MOSS sites. Different servers were maintained for Load Balancing in each environment
for different types of sites. A dedicated team was formed to do the server monitoring activities.
Role and Responsibilities:
 Worked as Technical Agency Liaison which involved direct interaction with client for giving technical
solutions for APAC region websites deployment process.
 Analysis code changes and getting them implemented as per Client’s requirements.
 Handling Severity incidents by giving technical solutions to support team.
 Deployments involved files deployment and configuration changes as per the web
hostingenvironment.
 QA testing processes were followed to make sure that site is deployed accurately and no related files

Description: Nexus application was used by Station Masters for tracking the status of different CPR Trains.
According to data captured, signals were displayed on various Stations and arrangement was made by station
employees to carry out their tasks efficiently. Our team was involved in major enhancement and also
development new features of this existing application. New Features introduced were Find Train, Station Line
Up, Territory Line Up, etc.
Role and Responsibilities:
 Involved in .NET coding in .NET 2.0 and Oracle 9i.
 Various Web services were also altered to meet the new client requirements.

3.  After development phase, team was also involved in System Testing, Regression Testing and Data
verification testing.
Project Title: CUC Application Production Support
Client: Title Insurance Company in CANADA
Duration: From July, 2008 to June, 2009
Description: CUC application was developed for Commercial Underwriting Centers. This project involved
enhancement of .NET for Commercial Title Insurance data capturing and the data flow processes for the same.
Document programming in C++ was to be done using Calligo Tool v4.1 and SQL Server 2005 for generating
legal documents for CUC application. I worked as Onsite Coordinator for this project in CANADA for
requirement gathering, coordinating offshore team for document programming and end to end testing.
Role and Responsibilities:
 Worked as Onsite Coordinator at Canada for 6 months.
 Calligo Tool v4.1 and SQL Server 2005 was being used for document generation of Commercial
Insurance related legal documents. This required strong C++ concepts.
 Business Objects 6.0 was being used for Data Reporting as per the Client requirement.
