This project has a mall of 4 floors of gold shops, which is coming in the residential area of
Gulbarga India, developed by M.G. Associates and we have done complete HVAC design,
Installation and ducting as a sub contractor in contracted gold shops, parking area and in
corridors. As per customer requirement and design we have installed cassette, ductable, split
ac and this project is chilled water system.
2. Project Name: Shams Hotel, Gulbarga.
Designation: Site supervisor (HVAC) and draftsman.
Project was three floor hotel and lodging where 140 TR VRF System is installed .splits ac is
installed in rooms , cassette ac in reception and corridors and duct able in meeting hall and
ventilation for parking and toilet. This hotel is situated in wadi, Gulbarga, India.
3. Project Name: Accenture, Pune
Designation: Site engineer and designer.
A i.t park tower where i have worked as a mep site engineer and designed mep system, In this
project we have designed and installed MEP services like fire fighting sprinkler system, fire
alarms, smoke detectors, public address systems and cctv in workstations, corridors and open
area.
4. Project Name: Ganga legend, pune
Designation: Site engineer and designer.
It is a Commercial building, in bavdhan pune developed by goel Ganga. This project was of
80TR VRF system Ducting for fresh air and exhaust for open area, toilets and Installed splits
duct able and cassette units for three floors.
5. Project Name: West end Mall, Pune
Designation: project engineer.
A mall consists of chillers plant where Installation of Ahu's and hvac equipments, Ventilation
and exhaust ducting in parking and conditioned air ducting and drafting and designing in shops
and passages with mep equipments installation.

4. Job Responsibilities:
 Carry out Detailed design engineering and drafting of HVAC & MEP system which involves, heat load
calculations, duct and pipe routing, fire fighting drawing & specifications.
 Supervising and giving all drawings with dimensions to the duct man and technician.
 Handle a work force of people on the site Preparing and planning the daily and weekly work
schedule .Allotment of works to the foremen and the workers.
 To ensure that the correct measurements are done, so that no problem occurs during Billing.
 Inspecting the site before taking up projects, check for all relevant drawings with detail
dimensions.
 Co-coordinating with various Vendors/Sub Contractors in Fabrication etc. and Co- ordinate with
