 To Prepare the Detailed Project Scheduling, Planning and Mapping for Manufacturing and Execution of
Product.
 Project tracking through MS Projects and Material Inventory Tracking through ERP System.
 To get the design released as per client specification within planned date. Continuous follow up with design
dept. to get the design on time.
 To plan & Indent the optimum requirement of material for overall project with the help of BOP tracker.
Continuous follow up with purchase dept. to get the material on time.
 Coordination with production dept. to get the product ready within planned date. Solving all the issues
coming across the production activities.
