Responsible for the implementation and controlling of complete project reporting of the
groups top 50 Original Equipment projects, totalling an annual turnover of 100M€.
Responsible for the budget process related to the external sales volumes and consolidation
of the internal sales volumes for the group. Responsible for leading the process for business
development of the group’s structural change into a business driven group with a 24-hour
service concept, with the anticipation of after market growth of 50% over a three year period.
Responsible and leading the controlling function of the group’s supply and logistics functions,
whereby achieving group cost reductions of a minimum of 20%.
Commercial Controller – International Division: 2000 – 2004
Responsible for the commercial controlling of the International division, consisting of legal
entities in India, S. Korea, Australia, Brazil, Czech Rep. and Poland. Responsible for the
weekly meetings and the follow-ups with the different regions related to the sales activities,
whereby achieving full control of the resource utilisations and ensuring that the forecasted
volumes and profits were met (from loss making to top of the class). Heading larger customer
negotiations for the major OE projects (projects with each more than 10M€ turnover) together
with the local entities and co-ordinating the resource allocation with the manufacturing units.
Responsible for the strategic sales plans and the annual sales budget within the International
division. Responsible for the business development process whereby new markets entries

PERSONAL INFORMATION
During the summer of 2011 we have completed our move from London to Boston and are settling in well.
As most families with children we spend most of our free time with our children. In addition, we try to
travel as much as we can with the kids as we believe in the positive influence other cultures have on our
children and also to stay in close contact with our families in Sweden and friends. Time permitting, I like to
do sports such as tennis and golf.
