Notable Achievements:
• Successfully project managed a 12 month, US$1.5 million budget project, to integrate the Sony South Wales
I.T and manufacturing infrastructure with Sony UK and Sony EU Structures to reduce the productions costs
by a targeted US$3 million per year. Managed 4 teams totalling 14 people through a large scale analysis of
existing systems and infrastructure, planning and rolling out hardware and software to over 600 local users
and a further 200 in satellite sites and implementing 11 new servers through all manufacturing and office
systems with zero manufacturing downtime.
• Successfully worked at board level integrating technology and business processes during the acquisition of
another company to progress from personal high end contracts of US$30,000 to large scale commercial
projects worth over US$3 million.
• Successfully qualified as an IFA in the UK, and subsequently moved to Dubai in 2009. Have averaged
approximately $230,000 per annum in business revenues. Have managed to successfully use networking
and sales skills to acquire at least 85% of business revenues through referrals & networking.
• Successfully worked on projects with Welsh Water (Hyder Consulting) including a US$500,000 budgeted
project, with a team of 6, rolling out new infrastructure to over 150 remote site users over a six month
deadline, to save $350,000 in annual support costs. Successfully retained corporate clients through key
account management.
• Successfully implemented an Internet & data security policy as per board directive, working with over 12
department managers. The result was a robust plan, including the policies and procedures for all users and
external business partners resulting in ISO certification.
• Successfully led over 70 staff at Barclays South Wales Bridgend Branch. Successfully created a competitive
internal sales environment resulting regular top 10 branch rankings for the South Wales and the West of
England region, whilst constantly achieving branch targets. The result of this was an increase in branch

Feb 02 - Business & IT Project Manager, Sony UK, Bridgend, UK

This role was responsible for providing business process and IT improvements to enable Sony to
conduct its business across South Wales, and integrate with the Sony UK as well as the Sony Europe
wide infrastructure. Key responsibilities and achievements included:
Defining, measuring, analysing, documenting, improving and controlling the implementation of
new and streamlining of existing processes throughout all departments.
Successfully project managed a merger of 600 local site users with other sites in Wales, creating
a network of over 800 users resulting in their migration into the Sony UK wide network.
Led the project of migrating Sony South Wales to Sony UK, which led to migrating into Sony EU.
This involved the migration of all users to a common desktop platform, all site servers to a
common server platform, integration of a new common EU Active Directory Domain and email.
Project managed the delivery of training of all front end users, allocating resources, dealing with
the procurement requirements within financial budget controls.
