RELAVENT PAST WORK HISTORY
A seasoned Project Manager with more than 40 years’ experience in both the U.S. Navy and
Defense Industry. After retiring as a Master Chief Torpedoman with more than 32 years with the
U.S. Navy in both Nuclear and Conventional weapons, I was asked to continue to serve the
Torpedo Enterprise as one of PMS404’s Senior Subject Matter Experts for underwater ordnance in
