Management Consultant, Sales Operations (consulting project)
Developed 3-Year commercial strategy to drive Apple’s expansion in the Middle-East through partnerships with
telecom operators and retailers. Managed and presented the feasibility study for an affordability app in partnership with
banks to be rolled out in point of sale.
Ooredoo Group (formerly Qatar Telecom, Top 20 Global mobile operator) – Doha, Qatar 2014 - 2015
Associate Director, Group Strategic Partnerships (consulting project)
Identified and developed partnerships within major global and local technology players to drive new revenue streams
in Africa, Middle-East and South East Asia:
 Achieved to generate the 2nd fastest growing revenue stream across the group.
 Developed strong partnership agreement with internet, software, app and OTT players to position the group as a
partner of choice.
 Managed to transform Google’s perception of Ooredoo to a strategic regional partner in 3 months. Signed
agreement to be one of the first telecom group to launch carrier billing in the Middle-East.
 Launched new services in collaboration with major partners in video (Youtube, IcFlix, VuClip, Telly.), security
(Intel) and taxi services (Careem). Initiated discussions with OTT players over call termination and sms
facilitation with Viber and Line.

Oversaw the development of the inside sales team across Europe; grew from a 10 to 80 rep organization in 18
months.
 Provided oversight of business and market analysis to management. Managed team of two to support team with
all operational related activities such as lead generation, CRM management and performance analysis.
 Generated 50K new leads and $5M in new revenue by identifying and scaling new lead sources to sales team.
