1. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
 I have consulted various Turkish and International companies both for their strategic
path and investment profiling.
 Lately, led and managed the successful launch of 4th Generation Mobile Data
Technology (LTE) as a “Greenfield” operation for the government of Kazakhstan.
 Successfully established “Greenfield” mobile operations in Kazakhstan, Turkish
Republic of Northern Cyprus, Moldova, Georgia and in Ukraine in around 4 to 6
months period of time.
 Various products and strategies launch and company re-structure projects in
Azerbaijan for a TeliaSonera owned company Azercell ltd.
 In all these newly created mobile operators, despite the high risk-imposing markets,
the business plan financial & operational targets have been accomplished as
committed.
 Company & market position with committed KPI’s in financial and operational
parameters have been accomplished in post launch phase of these 5 different M&A
operations in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Cambodia and Nepal markets.
 As the CEO of Cambodia operation, succeeded to improve the financials after the
M&A phase and kept the market position with no investment despite 8 aggressive
players.
 Strategized and executed the national and regional re-branding and re-launch
operations in extreme competitive and politically unbalanced markets in Eurasia, CIS
and South Asia.
 Created and managed the implementation process for various new product
development projects in 2G / 3G and recently in 4G networks in which results have
been measured as the “ market maker company” image.
 Initiated and led various Social Responsibility Programs in these emerging markets
of Eurasia, CIS and South Asia.
 During the company improvement & change processes, over 90% of the internal
resources in all operations have been developed & used for the re-structuring and re-
organising Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations, Corporate Communications,
Business Development divisions.
 Won the respected and known GSM Association award for Best TV commercial and
Best Product categories both in Georgia and in Ukraine operations. In addition, won
the “Stevie Award of USA” for the launch of the new brand and concept ” category in
Ukraine operation.
