o Admin Related issue (AC, ATM Room, Main Door , CCTV Camera and CCE Agency etc)
o Resolving & Handling of customers queries regarding cash and cheques deposited not reflecting into
the a/c, cash not dispense from the ATM etc over telephone & through online assistance & customer
relationship management with concerned department
o Handling the captured credit/debit cards which are captured in atms.
o Processing & maintaining proper records of cheques sent/received.
o To assist & Guide the Branches ,Phone banking and other department
o Looking the merchandise related Branding.
