Mohd Khairul Amri Ramly, was born on 28 June 1987 and was raised in a calm
neighbourhood in Batu Caves, Selangor. Being the 3rd child of 5 siblings, his early education
started in Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Tua Baharu which later he continued on to Sekolah
Menengah Taman Selayang. He later on continued his study in Sekolah Menengah Sains Seremban
which was a full boarding school in the center of Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
Mohd Khairul Amri Ramly received his degree in Building Surveying from University of Malaya in
2009 and later on joined on board, Badan Warisan Heritage Services which is built heritage
conservation consultant and gathered valuable experiences as with hands on work with prominent
projects such as the restoration of Stadium Merdeka and other invaluable built heritages in Malaysia
such as Suffolk House in Penang and the stretch of Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad and Jalan
Tuanku Abdul Rahman.
On August 2010, he later joined CRSC Group, a prominent developer in Kuala Lumpur and
involved in various residential, commercial and industrial projects developed by the company.
Being the special officer to the company chairman has provided him many hands on management
experiences and knowledge which he stayed in the company for almost 5 years.
In 2015, he served as Project Manager with a G4 contractor company by the name of Quantum
Builders. He is currently working with UniMAP Holdings Sdn Bhd as Project Development Manager.
A certified HRDF trainer and actively conducted courses related to Construction Project Management,
introduction to Industrialised Building System (IBS) and Building Information Modelling(BIM).
