snacks for Latch-Key students and served lunch to the entire student body. Also
served as an Assistant Teacher, implementing classroom learning strategies
and conferencing with parents.
Hartford Head Start, Detroit, Michigan 1998-2006
Cook: for @250 Pre-School students. Operated a base-kitchen from which
meals were sent to students at satellite locations. Ordered and monitored
supplies. Twice yearly, conducted classes to share healthy cooking techniques
and healthy nutrition options with parents. Was also an Assistant Teacher,

600-800 Marines daily using various equipment; steam-jacketed kettle, braiser,
