goal-driven, passionate, high expectations, creative, etc.)
Describe the District in a complimentary way
(progressive, world-class, values creativity, high standards,
promotes diversity, etc.)
7. Credentials in your resume should boldly share skills
and special training, high GPA, and valuable certifications closely
aligned with the position.

Highlight SKILLS with shading, color, or bold font
SKILLS and must MATCH district goals
Share high GPA and special training
Boast of multiple certifications that match the job
8. Experience should present a steady employment history
without gaps that shows evidence of growth and new skills aligned
with the demands of the job.
List all recent professional experiences (employer, dates, role)
Use bullets to share key responsibilities – try to describe not only
“what” you did, but “how well” (growth, accomplishments, etc.)
You may group multiple instances of similar roles (substituting for
many districts, for example)
Include volunteer or leadership experiences also

suitable fonts, colors and headings to pleasantly introduce a spirited
