 Serves as Executive Assistant for a member of the Senior Executive Service and manage
the Executive Office. Tracks and processes Executive-level correspondence; conducts
Quality Control Reviews; edits administrative correspondence, memorandums, awards,
leave, and performance evaluations. Coordinates Weekly Staff Meetings. Responsible
for Senior Executive daily schedule that consisted of Conferences, Counseling sessions
for personnel she evaluated, and coordination and setup of ARD events.

 Security/Safety Officer: Established Standard Operating Procedures for evacuation
procedures in case of an emergency for two Federal Government building. Trained staff
on security operations; configured Shelter-In-Place and coordinated with Life Secure
Emergency Solution to provide medical supplies and 3 days of food and water for 109
Army Resiliency Directorate personnel and an Emergency Evacuation Plan for building
700 personnel and a plan that include the disable.

 Performance Evaluation System: Maintained Officer and Enlisted performance ratings,
coordinated awards, performance evaluations, and promotion recommendations.
 Staff Action Control Officer: Received and tracked all Executive correspondence from a
Chief of Staff’s Office program areas (approximately 500 separate items). Research,
briefed and distributed to the appropriate department and ensure the correspondence meet
there suspense date.
 Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System: Responsible for the
accounting, assessment, management, and monitoring of the recovery process for
personnel and families affected in the case of a wide-spread, catastrophic event. Ran
quarterly test to ensure the system was functioning properly and to ensure the accuracy of
the soldier’s information. Trained 63 personnel on the system,
 Defense Travel Pay: Reviewed and processed all travel vouchers, in accordance with the
Defense Travel System (DTS) for lodging, incidental expenses and per diem.
 Logistics: Supervised and coordinated over $500,000 of administrative, property and
logistical support for two CSF2 Directorate office complex relocations.
 Briefed Senior Executive on upcoming events, arrival of incoming personnel and
departing staff. Setup entrance and exit interviews
 Wounded Warrior Internship Program: Recruited Soldiers from the Wounded Warrior
Program to fill vacant position for they qualified and to train for new position with the
Pentagon. Arranged job fairs, coordinated with leadership from 13 different organization
to setup interviews, developed Standard Operating Procedures for the program and job
reclassification training.
 Responsible for the Disposal of out dated computer equipment and the inventorying of
new equipment.

 Responsible for legal review, financial review, leave, personnel support actions, awards,
deployment, and the redeployment of over 500 Soldiers. Established postal operations in
Iraq and Afghanistan to include training soldiers and civilians on becoming Mail
Handlers, setup and secure area for pickup and delivery 1500lbs of mail a month.
Oversaw the Organization Strength Management Report pertaining to medical, dental,
finance, and legal issues regarding Soldiers and deployment.
 Travel Pay Agent: Created, processed and executed over 800 Temporary Duty (TDY)
assignments for Soldiers on two deployments. Ensured all Travel Vouchers were
completed and processed within 72 hours.
 Postal Operations: Established the organization mailroom and wrote postal operations
standard operating procedures, trained 19 mail orderlies to meet deployment postal
requirements, organization passed all postal inspections, received and distributed over
2,000lbs of mail a week to Forward Operating Bases in Afghanistan
Non-Commissioned Officer-in-Charge (NCOIC) March 2003 – September 2009

 Personnel Strength and Operations Branch: Responsible for the direct supervision and
training of 27 personnel. Responsible for eight Sections which included reassignments,
Enlisted and Officer Promotions, actions, awards, Strength Management, casualty
assistance and funeral detail. Provided personnel services to U.S. Attorney General’s
Office (USAG) and over 35 organizations throughout the Army.
 Transition Section: Conducted weekly and monthly briefings for personnel separating or
retiring from Military service. Responsible for screening Military personnel files,
discharges and allied documents. Responsible for obtaining information and preparation
of Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD Form 214) worksheet,
determine the type and authority for separation, maintains regulations, messages and
standard operating procedures.
 Drug and Alcohol Testing Manager: Develop, coordinate, and delivered effective
substance abuse avoidance education and training within the unit. Assist with in-briefing
all new personnel regarding Army regulations relating to alcohol and other drug abuse
and functions and services designed to combat alcohol and drug abuse. Coordinate and
conduct the urinalysis testing program where soldiers are tested randomly on a monthly
rotation. Coordinate with Army Substance Abuse Program and training section, on all
alcohol and other drug abuse related prevention education/awareness training conducted.

Completes and submits a “Prevention and Education Training” attendance roster and
monthly reports to the Army Substance Abuse Program and performs administrative
functions related to the Substance Abuse and Prevention Program.
 Better Opportunity for Single Soldier: Coordinated bi-weekly meetings with the
Installation Sergeant Major to address issues Soldiers living barracks were having such as
stop signs around the barracks creating traffic. Coordinated and sponsored trips in and
out of the United States, setup a 2 year contract with The Jokes on us Comedy group to
perform on the installation once a month. Details included transportation to and from
airport, lodging, and coordinating a location for the shows.
