As you can see when looking at the pie
chart there was a slightly higher
proportion of females questioned.
However this was only small so the results
are significantly important when looking
at both genders perspectives.
Both genders are connecting with my
video which means the media product is
successfully accessible and engaging
to our ‘pop’ target audience.
When looking at the bar graph its clear to see that there was a wide
range of age groups who answered the questionnaire. This shows
that the results of our music video are representative across all ages
not just our target audience.
However, the majority age range is
16-20 year olds which shows that the
results are also a good indicator
when looking at the young target
audience’s opinion that at our video
is aimed at. Therefore, this
represents an accurate perspective
from the age range it was
constructed for.
 The results show a positive response.
 When looking at the pie chart you can clearly see
that around 60% of those asked “really enjoyed
it” and similar to this around 20% said they
“enjoyed it”. This indicates that our video was
successful and satisfied the majority of those
asked.
 It was also important to consider the minority
that thought our video was “satisfactory”, “bad”
or who “disliked it” by using further qualitative
research to those where we can apply
constructive criticism to make adjustments
and improvements to our video.
When asking the type of music video used the
majority answered correctly “narrative and
performance” which was around 60% of those
asked.
This shows that we correctly used our planning and
secondary research to create a “performance and
narrative” type of video.
However, when looking at the results its
understandable that around 30% of those asked
thought it was just “narrative” as it is similar, but the
use of dance used performance quality's.
 When creating our video the primary focus was it’s
repeatability. So when receiving these results we
were more than satisfied.
 Around 70% of those asked answered “yes
defiantly” indicated our primary focus was
succeeded and was largely effective.
 Our efforts in making the video meant that it was
engaging and visually appealing.
 The minority said that they would “never” watch my
video which could led to future improvements,
however the results for “defiantly” watching it again
overwhelmingly outweigh the negative.

  • 2. As you can see when looking at the pie chart there was a slightly higher proportion of females questioned. However this was only small so the results are significantly important when looking at both genders perspectives. Both genders are connecting with my video which means the media product is successfully accessible and engaging to our ‘pop’ target audience.
  • 3. When looking at the bar graph its clear to see that there was a wide range of age groups who answered the questionnaire. This shows that the results of our music video are representative across all ages not just our target audience. However, the majority age range is 16-20 year olds which shows that the results are also a good indicator when looking at the young target audience’s opinion that at our video is aimed at. Therefore, this represents an accurate perspective from the age range it was constructed for.
  • 4.  The results show a positive response.  When looking at the pie chart you can clearly see that around 60% of those asked “really enjoyed it” and similar to this around 20% said they “enjoyed it”. This indicates that our video was successful and satisfied the majority of those asked.  It was also important to consider the minority that thought our video was “satisfactory”, “bad” or who “disliked it” by using further qualitative research to those where we can apply constructive criticism to make adjustments and improvements to our video.
  • 5. When asking the type of music video used the majority answered correctly “narrative and performance” which was around 60% of those asked. This shows that we correctly used our planning and secondary research to create a “performance and narrative” type of video. However, when looking at the results its understandable that around 30% of those asked thought it was just “narrative” as it is similar, but the use of dance used performance quality's.
  • 6.  When creating our video the primary focus was it’s repeatability. So when receiving these results we were more than satisfied.  Around 70% of those asked answered “yes defiantly” indicated our primary focus was succeeded and was largely effective.  Our efforts in making the video meant that it was engaging and visually appealing.  The minority said that they would “never” watch my video which could led to future improvements, however the results for “defiantly” watching it again overwhelmingly outweigh the negative.
