to the Department of Health judged CTC
Physiotherapy’s case study as the best on the day.
Introduction                                                                                     Project Design
  CTC healthcare have developed, delivered and evaluated a health and                               o Participation in the project started with health checks (assessing

                                                     •    29 employees were provided with G.P referral letters based on
                                                          their health check results for blood pressure, cholesterol & blood
                                                          glucose
                                                     •    30% increase in individuals with an ‘active’ physical activity index.
                                                     •    18.5% decrease in individuals classed as having hypertensive blood
                                                          pressure.
                                                     •    75% of employees attending the stress reduction course improved
                                                          their stress classification on the DASS questionnaire.

  • 1. Public Health Responsibility Deal Health at Work Network Partnership Forum Wednesday 21 November 2012 The following case studies were submitted by Responsibility Deal partners at this event. Dame Carol Black, Expert Adviser on Health at Work to the Department of Health judged CTC Physiotherapy’s case study as the best on the day.
