• Recruitment strategy for the participants based on understanding of the product and the market by the CEO
• Detailed interview guide
• Conducted detailed semi structured in-house and in-context interviews with 15-20 users.
• Conducted a detailed survey with 100 people and analysed the results
• Developed detailed User Personas for Creatalog considering all the target users
• Developed detailed strategy and guides for market validation studies including usability study plan

• Customer Journey Map of the product and the user
• Insights and Directions for the design phase and Marketing Strategy

My Galaxy App: Samsung
Project Brief:
• To understand the usage patterns of My Galaxy App
• To identify the users and make User Personas for the product
Duration: 2 months
Recruitment strategy, Remote user Interviews, Personas, Usage patterns and insights, Affinity Mapping
Key responsibilities:
• Recruitment strategy for identifying My Galaxy users.
• Detailed interview guide
• Remote semi-structured user Interviews with 60 people and detailed interviews with 20 people.
• Detailed user personas for My Galaxy mobile app
• Detailed analysis of usage patterns of the app with a detailed deck of insights
Deliverables:
• User Personas for My Galaxy App
• Insights deck for design directions and strategy
Bixby: Samsung
Project Brief: To understand how will the users react to Bixby when launched. The study had been conducted in other countries and had to be
conducted in the same manner in India.
Duration: 1.5 months
Focus Group Studies, Report making based on a provided template
Key responsibilities:
• Conducted 6 focus group sessions consisting of 6-7 participants each
• There were guidelines provided by the company for the study. This same study has been conducted in other countries and had to be
conducted in the same manner in India.
• Detailed qualitative analysis of the data collected and report making

Detailed report of the focus group study insights
S7 Camera: Samsung
Project Brief:
• To understand the latent needs and problems of the users in context of a smartphone camera
• How has the camera usage changed over the years.
• To understand how are people using the S7 Camera
• To analyse the cameras of the competitive smartphones
Duration: 3 months
Heuristic analysis, Benchmark study, User Interviews , Customer Journey mapping, Information Architecture analysis, Quantitative Research
Key responsibilities:
• Studied the features, interfaces and information architectures of the cameras of flagship smartphones in the premium sector
• Detailed interview guide
• Semi- structured user interviews on how they use the camera after recruiting participants based on Samsung personas
• Analysed the existing Samsung S7 camera based ux heuristics
• Customer journey mapping of various Samsung personas to the S7 camera usage
• Quantitative study by analysing GSIM data of the features. Taken help from a data engineer for working on excel sheets of data.

Concept Validation Study for Medical Adherence IoT
Prototype: Dr. Reddys’s Laboratories
Project Brief: To lead the concept validation phase of an IoT product prototype
Duration: 3 months
Recruitment strategy, Recruitment criteria and screener, Contextual Inquiry, Secondary research of competitive products
Key responsibilities:
• Planned the entire recruitment strategy with the Studio Lead based on Phase 1 exploratory research of the project. Prepared the
recruitment guide and screener. Worked closely with the marketing agency for scheduling interviews
• Detailed interview guide
• Conducted contextual inquiry with 15 users with a concept product prototype. Various methodologies used like observation on the use of
product prototype, asking on the spot questions based on their understanding of the product prototype and asking pre-decided questions
from the interview guide.

• Strategy for concept Validation data analysis: different frameworks and methodologies like critical discussions and Affinity Mapping

• Understanding the problems and latent needs of pet parents
• Mapping the existing pet product landscape
• Design directions and coming up with strategically benefitting ideas for Intel Labs in context of wearables and IoT products for pet dogs

• Secondary research on wearable tech products. Analysis to make product trends and timeline. Also a bubble chart comparing wearable
tech products for humans vs animals.
• Canine training certification course for hands-on-experience under one of the best dog trainers: Ms. Shirin Merchant
• Detailed interview guide and semi-structured interviews with 14 people.
• Survey with 35 people and analysis of results
• Detailed HCI litreature review from almost 40 research papers.
• Mapping the entire landscape for pet tech products and their relevance. Extensively studied online reviews of the products.
• Mapping relevant opportunity areas based on the research insights which would be strategically benefit Intel Labs
• Developing Innovative Concepts in the domain of Internet of Things

To understand the user journey of self talking and coming up ideas in context of wearables for self talking
Duration: 1 month (project duration 2 months)

My Galaxy App: Samsung Project Brief: • To understand the usage patterns of My Galaxy App • To identify the users and make User Personas for the product Duration: 2 months Recruitment strategy, Remote user Interviews, Personas, Usage patterns and insights, Affinity Mapping Key responsibilities: • Recruitment strategy for identifying My Galaxy users. • Detailed interview guide • Remote semi-structured user Interviews with 60 people and detailed interviews with 20 people. • Detailed user personas for My Galaxy mobile app • Detailed analysis of usage patterns of the app with a detailed deck of insights Deliverables: • User Personas for My Galaxy App • Insights deck for design directions and strategy

The study had been conducted in other countries and had to be conducted in the same manner in India. Duration: 1.5 months Focus Group Studies, Report making based on a provided template Key responsibilities: • Conducted 6 focus group sessions consisting of 6-7 participants each • There were guidelines provided by the company for the study. S7 Camera: Samsung Project Brief: • To understand the latent needs and problems of the users in context of a smartphone camera • How has the camera usage changed over the years. • To understand how are people using the S7 Camera • To analyse the cameras of the competitive smartphones Duration: 3 months Heuristic analysis, Benchmark study, User Interviews , Customer Journey mapping, Information Architecture analysis, Quantitative Research Key responsibilities: • Studied the features, interfaces and information architectures of the cameras of flagship smartphones in the premium sector • Detailed interview guide • Semi- structured user interviews on how they use the camera after recruiting participants based on Samsung personas • Analysed the existing Samsung S7 camera based ux heuristics • Customer journey mapping of various Samsung personas to the S7 camera usage • Quantitative study by analysing GSIM data of the features. Concept Validation Study for Medical Adherence IoT Prototype: Dr. Reddys’s Laboratories Project Brief: To lead the concept validation phase of an IoT product prototype Duration: 3 months Recruitment strategy, Recruitment criteria and screener, Contextual Inquiry, Secondary research of competitive products Key responsibilities: • Planned the entire recruitment strategy with the Studio Lead based on Phase 1 exploratory research of the project. Prepared the recruitment guide and screener. Worked closely with the marketing agency for scheduling interviews • Detailed interview guide • Conducted contextual inquiry with 15 users with a concept product prototype. Analysis to make product trends and timeline. Also a bubble chart comparing wearable tech products for humans vs animals. • Canine training certification course for hands-on-experience under one of the best dog trainers: Ms. Shirin Merchant • Detailed interview guide and semi-structured interviews with 14 people. • Survey with 35 people and analysis of results • Detailed HCI litreature review from almost 40 research papers. • Mapping the entire landscape for pet tech products and their relevance.
