WHAT IS TPACK
TPACK - Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge.
A framework to understand and describe the kinds of
knowledge needed by a teacher for effective pedagogical
practice in technologically enhanced learning environment
This framework allows effective teaching and learning in 21
century world
PCK AND TPACK
PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge) was first
introduced and described by Shulman (1986)
Pedagogical Content Knowledge is teachers knowledge
intergrating pedagogical knowledge and content
knowledge.
TPACK builds on PCK and its ideas through the inclusion
of technology.
