This study aims to determine: the implementation of the new admissions system at schools in the city of Medan, to determine the level of preparedness of students in national exams and examine the relationship of learning achievement in Junior High School (SMP/MTsN) with student achievement in Senior High School (SMA/MA). The research data collected by the survey directly to schools selected as sample through observation, documentation and depth interview. Collecting data using a set of questionnaire. Research data analysis using SPSS. The results of this study are: new admissions system at the level of SMA/MAin the city of Medan done through the national exam results and a test track. Readiness of students in national exams conducted by the students tend to choose a tutoring to prepare for the National Exam. Apart from that, tutoring is also the place for high school students to learn in preparation for the National Examination, and there is a strong relationship between the results of national examinations in SMP/MTs with academic achievement in SMA/ MA. This indicates that the national exam results can be an indicator for the success of students in further education.

The importance of quality education in nation building cannot be over emphasized. The research objective of this study is to investigate school leadership on quality assurance in higher education, Adamawa State. The population made up of senior lecturers in 10 departments in the universities. Stratified random sampling method was used to sample 10 lecturers from each of these departments, which makes the total sample size of 100 lecturers. The instrument for data collection was 20-item questionnaire titled ‘‘Quality Assurance in Higher Education Questionnaire’’ (QAHEQ). PLS- 3 measurement models was used to assess the reliability, validity of instruments and data analyses in this study. The result shows that the instruments were reliable and pilot study indicated strong evidence of validity. Findings revealed that, the research is significant because it explores the use of autocratic leadership style to improve quality assurance in higher education. It was therefore recommended that, authority should re-address the issue of funding university with adequate budget for training and re-training of staff.International Journal of Humanities and Social Science Invention (IJHSSI)

Research report
The research report summarizes a study on the effect of liming on soil pH and the growth of maize plants. Three levels of liming were applied - 0, 0.5, and 1 metric ton per hectare. Soil pH increased with higher liming rates, from 5.16 to 6.61. Maize plant height also increased with liming rate, from 121.11 cm with no liming to 109.4 cm with the highest rate. sample. Hypothesis testing was calculated with the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program
version 24.0.
The results of this study found that competence has a significant effect on teacher motivation, teacher
certification has a significant effect on teacher motivation, motivation has a significant effect on teacher
performance, competence has a significant effect on teacher performance, teacher certification has a significant
effect on teacher performance, competence has no significant effect on performance with motivation as an
intervening variable, and teacher certification has a significant effect on performance with motivation as an
intervening variable on Vocational High School Teachers in Kerinci Regency.

The present study aims to find out the level of social intelligence and metacognition of adolescents and the
correlation between social intelligence and metacognition of adolescents. Since it is a fact-finding
an expedition, survey method was adopted by the investigator. Stratified random sampling techniques of 120
adolescents falling in the age group of 18-20 years were taken for this investigation. The above samples
were taken from the undergraduate students who are studying in two Government arts and science colleges
in Tiruchirappalli District which are the Colleges, affiliated to Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli,
Tamil Nadu, India, of whom 69 are boys and 51 are girls. Special attention was given to such factors as
gender and subjects. Social Intelligence Scale is developed and validated by the investigator (2011) and
Metacognition Inventory by Punitha Govil (2003) was used to collect the data. The data are analyzed by
percentage analysis, mean, standard deviation, ‘t’ test, and correlation. The findings of the study results
reveal that (i) the 54.2 percent of adolescents have a high level of social intelligence and 67.5 percent of
adolescents have a moderate level of metacognition, (ii) there is a significant difference between boy and girl
adolescents with regard to social intelligence and its dimensions namely social information processing,
social awareness and social skills (iii) there is no significant difference between boy and girl adolescents
with regard to metacognition and its dimensions such as regulation of cognition and knowledge of cognition
(iv) there is a significant difference between arts group and science group adolescents in their social
intelligence and in their metacognition, (v) there is no significant relationship between social intelligence
and metacognition of adolescents with regard to boy, arts group and science group respondents, but there is
no significant relationship between social intelligence and metacognition of adolescents with regard to girl
respondents.

Four secondary schools were randomly assigned to either the control group, where teachers delivered the standard sex education curriculum, or the experimental group, where trained health facilitators used participatory teaching methods. This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover

- 2. INTRODUCTION Malaysia is categorized as third world country and has received rapid growth in socioeconomic and advance technology. The globalization makes the world become smaller and all the information could be obtained easily by clicking on the computers. World without any barriers allows cultures from other countries influence the Malaysian especially the youths. There are good and bad countries. The social problems emerged due to bad cultures from other countries. Cultures which we do not feed into our own cultural and religious values. Most young generations cannot identity and analyze what are the good and the bad things. It could eliminate the moral values in each young generation.
- 3. Background of The Problem The study population consisted of students (aged 10-25 years). The sample randomly chosen from each form to be the study sample, resulting in a sample among AP220 students. Response rate was calculated based on the number of questionnaires distributed and the number of questionnaires collected back at the end of the session
- 5. Method And Limitations of The Report This is a cross-sectional descriptive study that was carried out from January 2011 to April 2011. The study was conducted in Surveying Science and Geomatic Department in Uitm Shah Alam. Sampling of AP220 students was done using stratified random sampling. Students were chosen randomly to do this research.
