This document outlines a 5-step process for reintegrating EPs following their summer internships through the GCDP program:
1. Plan reintegration by setting goals, electing a team, and selecting EPs for preparation.
2. Prepare selected EPs through advanced training involving practical tasks, goal-setting, and cultural introductions.
3. EPs complete internships and are sent opportunity updates and event invites. Their experiences are showcased.
4. Upon returning, EPs have mentoring meetings and are invited to leadership conferences and events.
5. A reintegration event is held where EPs are allocated to teams and encouraged to help others have the same opportunities.
