Abstract
There has been a tremendous increase of technology - mediated working environment leading to the formation of virtual
teams due to the globalization and it requires a new leadership approach in making them succeed. E-leadership has been
recognized as relevant to lead the virtual team. It is claimed that trust is one of the factors vital to the formation of a
successful virtual team. It is also suggested that building and maintaining trust may be one of the most important factors
leading to virtual team success. However, building trust in a virtual team is a major challenge as team members do not have
face-to-face interaction. Thus, it becomes the sole responsibility of the e-leader in the virtual team to build a trusting relationship between the team members without which the virtual relationship will not succeed. This paper explores the current knowledge about the factors that build trust deemed as critical in virtual team effectiveness and proposed a
framework for building trust in the virtual team. This paper is a reflection for e-leadership in understanding how e-leaders
can build trust in virtual teams that will enhance the performances of virtual teams in the virtual work environment.

It also lists the total credit hours needed in the major, general education, and electives to graduate. Finally, it gives contact information and explains financial aid, registration, technology access, and participation policies for the online program.
The document defines key terms related to undergraduate registration including how to add and drop classes, changing sections, academic standing, advisor updates, class standing, COOP exceptions and registration, DARS, transfer credit, directed studies, and graduation dates. Key points are that students have a week to add classes, need forms to add after, and can drop classes online until the deadline or with forms. Academic standing is run each term and advisors can be updated on Salesforce. COOP students must be placed in the system by deadlines. Transfer credit loads in batches and directed studies require approval forms. Graduation dates are now based on patterns of attendance.

How to Make a Field Mandatory in Odoo 17Celine George
In Odoo, making a field required can be done through both Python code and XML views. When you set the required attribute to True in Python code, it makes the field required across all views where it's used. Conversely, when you set the required attribute in XML views, it makes the field required only in the context of that particular view.

3. Argosy University, Washington DC Campus Registration Policies and Procedures
Enrolling in Argosy University: Graduate courses offered by the University are available to any individual with a minimum of a
baccalaureate degree. Preference is given to students matriculating through a specific degree program at the University. Non degree-seeking
students are referred to as “Students-At-Large.” Please refer to either the current Academic Catalog or Catalog Addenda if you have any
questions regarding any procedures outlined in this bulletin.
Registration Policy: Matriculating students must register for courses; submit a petition for graduation or petition for a temporary

accept registration of matriculating students according to the published priority schedule during the priority registration week and will be
open to all, subsequent to that time.
Priority Registration: Priority registration is determined according to the student’s total number of credits earned from Argosy University.
Matriculating students can register according to the priority schedule, provided registration is conducted via Student Portal during the
Priority Registration week. Please note: The priority schedule does not guarantee course availability for students. However, it does provide
students the opportunity to register earlier based on their total earned credits. Students completing registration after credit hour time ticket
forfeit priority.
Payment Policy: Students are required to pay one half of all tuition and fees for the semester by the payment deadline. Payment can be
made via the Student Portal. Please notify the Department of Student Finance after making the payment. Students must have their liability
paid in full on or before the first day of the semester. If a student’s account is not paid in full by the first day of the semester, students will be
assessed a late payment fee and are subject to administrative withdrawal. The only exception to the above policy is for students pending
receipt of APPROVED financial aid, who have submitted all required forms or who have completed a payment plan form and form is on file
with Department of Student Finance at the campus. Web Payment Available on Student Portal - make credit card payments to your account
24/7.
Tuition Payment Plan: Payment is required by the payment deadline. Students who are receiving APPROVED Argosy University Financial
Aid do not need to submit payment by the payment deadline. However, if you are paying out-of pocket, or through an employee
reimbursement program, you must arrange to have your tuition paid (1/2 total amount) prior to the payment deadline or submit a payment
plan form for monthly payments. Payment plans are available and you should seek assistance in the Department of Student Finance for
options. If payment, financial aid, or an approved payment plan is not on file with Student Finance, your account is subject to a hold. Students
who do NOT have their financing in place could lose their priority schedule. Please return the completed agreement to the Department of
Student Finance. STUDENTS-AT-LARGE are required to pay in full prior to registration. Checks should be made payable to: Argosy
University.
Argosy University, Washington DC Campus 1550 Wilson Blvd, Suite 600 Arlington, VA 22209
