For the description, write a short summary of the key details of the experience including who, what, when, and where. For the interpretation, analyze meaningful aspects and ideas as well as how your thoughts and feelings changed throughout. For the outcome, discuss what was learned and how the experience impacted skills, understanding, and next steps.
