End of the Internship Presentation
Presented by: Shaquena Henry

Division: Major Accounts
• The Business Unit that I am apart of is “Time Labor
      Management”
    • The business function of the “Time Labor
Management” is to maintain and assist our clients
      with their Time & Attendance
    • What else did you learn about the business?
I’ve learned that this business really cater to their clients, by
trying to assist them as much as possible. They not only meet
the needs of their clients, but also to their employees and that
says a lot about this corporation.

The projects that I completed during my intern
      tenure goes as followed:
    • Priority Queue:
Assist in Priority queue with “Attempted Cases”.
         - Contact clients via email to set up an appointment for resolution of their case.
         - Check “Attempted Cases” to see if client has call back or commitment
updated. If new commitment , I update the case title and re-dispatch case to
           Priority queue
Check TLM inbox for client’s reply
         - If issue still needs to be resolve, I dispatch case to the priority queue.
         - If client no longer needs assistance I close their case.

3
• Software Queue:

              - Check EZLM Software queue daily for duplicate cases, if I find a duplicate I
                close duplicate case.
              - If client has not been contacted I send an email to set up an appointment for
                  resolution of their case.
              - If case is old, I call client to see if they need further assistance.

    • My projects that I assisted impacted my department by decreasing the numbers in the
        queues that I assisted

My Key Learnings

    • How did this intern meet your expectations?
The opportunity to have hands on experience in a field that I am passionate about was and is very amazing.
A job is only as rewarding as the experience is knowledge based and hands on. I feel very privileged to
have this experience. I came into ADP with no expectations from the company but self expectations I
created on my own behalf. There really aren't enough words to express what this internship has done for
      me both personally and professionally

    • How will you apply what you learned in school and in
      life?
With everything in life, the experience goes hand in hand. What I learned in school is really just the basics
on what to expect in life. A career choice isn't the same for everyone, so for me to have graduated and then
given an opportunity such as this, it isn't the norm in life. So I will apply this rare opportunity to how I live
daily. Nothing is promised, guaranteed, and in most cases expected. The truth of dedication is shown by
people that do not take for granted what is given and are willing to share what is learned.

6
Position I wish to Apply for

Well the position, I wish to apply for is a Tech Support
Analyst I in “Time Labor Management”.

    • I feel that I am the best candidate because:
       • Iproved myself to be a fast learner
       • and a dedicated worker.

Thank you!
