To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is my personal recommendation for Dini laskowski. As the owner of a
successful restaurant, fine foods market, and catering company, I have been Dini's
immediate supervisor for three years. I found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling all
assignments with dedication and a smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Dini is a take-charge person with considerable
bookkeeping experience and expertise. She has successfully managed three full-time
operations for our growing company, and implemented a number of strategic processes to
ensure our fiscal solvency. During her tenure, I was always able to review our financial
records with ease, knowing that they were up-to-date, accurate, and in accordance with
all applicable laws.
In addition, Dini was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas ofthe company. She
assumed a leadership role in managing staffmembers, controlling human resource
matters, and implementing financial controls and safeguards.
I highly recommend Dini for employment. She is a team player and would make a great
asset to any organization.

I took over the bookkeeping functions for Ciro Restaurant from Dini. Even though it was
a difficult situation (Dini was let go for cost cutting measures), Dini conducted herself in
an exceptionally professional manner. She answered all my questions and worked with
me for the time period I requested.
I found the computer files up to date and complete and her filing system was easy to
follow.
I would easily work with Dini in the future due to her professional attitude and, after
reviewing her work, I would recommend her for a bookkeeping position.
Sincerely,

Dear Dini:
molly mei~illger, cP.A
This letter can be used as a referral letter, but I really want to let you know how much I
enjoy working with you. And, that I feel you are a tremendous asset to an employer.
We have worked closely together since the summer of 1995, mainly in implementing a
Solomon III accounting system for three inter-related companies. You have handled the
accounting system consisting of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts
receivable, payroll, job costing, cash flow monitoring, and intercompany transactions.
You have adapted very well to the on-going changing needs of the business processes,
and have been pro-active with voicing your ideas to streamline procedures. You are
eager to tackle the computer, computer peripherals, and new ways of doing things - I
admire your flexibility and enthusiasm.
My public accounting background especially appreciates that you implement your own
checks and balances for checking yourself, and you document steps and procedures.
On equal importance with your technical skills, I feel that an employer would embrace
your ethical qualities, wisdom, maturity, reliability, commitment, loyalty, and good
common sense. I admire your ability to see the overall situation or project and to plan
what it takes to accomplish the goals.
You are an excellent people person with very effective verbal communication skills.
You always see the best in others and have their well-being in mind. Your bright
outlook reflects a cheerful, positive you that is enjoyable to be around.
I thank you for the privilege to work with you. Please feel free to use me or this letter
as a referral source.

To Whom It May Concern:
1have known Dini Jaskowski since May of 1999,when she began working on our books
as an employee ofExecutive Tax Service in Hailey, Idaho. I have always found Dini to
be honest, conscientious, dedicated, and easy to get along with.
1 have worked with numerous bookkeepers over the years and filld her to be very
competent. She is detail oriented to say the least, and works hard to maintain the highest
degree of professionalism in her work. She processes our paperwork as quickly as
possible, and is realistic in her assessment ofwhen our particular projects will be
completed. This must be challenging, as she has multiple clients just like us to constantly
satisfy. Anytime I go into her office, her desk is organized and clutter free. This, I feel, is
a reflection on her attitude and her desire to be the best in the business.
Dini helps us to get more organized constantly. She makes phone calls and does research
on our behalf, and always in our best interests. In all, she makes life around the office
much easier.
I would gladly recommend Dini to anyone needing bookkeeping services.

Dear Dini:
It is hard to believe that it has been nearly a year since we began
utilizing the services of the Rockin' Double D Ranch. We at the
Association for Retarded citizens have certainly been blessed by
the relationship we have had with you and all your staff.
The progress and changes we have seen in the clients since they
began riding at the ranch has been remarkable. As you know most of
our clients had never been horseback riding before coming to the
ranch. Now, less than a year later, we have several of the clients
who are independently saddling, mounting and riding their horses.
The increase in independence has helped them to improve their self-
esteem, task completion skills and willingness to take on
responsibilities.
All of the clients have improved in their riding skills, however,
more importantly are the improvements in their developmental areas.
Many clients have shown great improvement in their gross motor
skills and flexibility range, especially those ,,,ith physical
limitations. Communication has also been an area that clients have
improved in, both expressive and receptive. Their attention to
task and skills in following directions have both increased by
leaps and bounds.
Most importantly the riding program has provided an interesting and
fun activity for training the clients in many of the above
mentioned areas. As you know learning can be much more effective
if the training is enjoyable for staff and clients.
Please extend to all your staff and family our sincere appreciation
for all their hard work, care and service to our clients. We feel
extremely blessed to have such a caring group of professionals to
work with at the Rockin' Double D Ranch.
The staff and clients join me in sending you best wishes for
Christmas and the New Year.

Residents of the Idaho State Veterans Home Boise have been
enjoying and deriving benefit from the therapeutical horseback
riding services of the Rocking Double-D Ranch for one year. They
look forward to this activity weekly.
We have noticed a marked improvement in self-esteem, self-

We have found the Rocking Double-D Ranch to be very reputa ble and

The VA Nursing Home Care Unit has been utilizing the services of
Double D Handicap Ranch for the past 3 years. We have been participating
in the therapeutic riding program on a weekly basis with a number of our
residents for the past 8 months.
The benefits we have observed that are derived from this valuable
experience have proved numerous, i~e.~ more flexi bility in transfers,
improved balance, increased body awareness, an outdoor experience, the
veteran's enjoyment - something to look forward to each week, reminiscence,
as most of our residents have been around horses at one time of their life.
We feel very fortunate to have this program made available to us and
appreciate all the coordination and support of the Double D staff that
makes all of this possible for our veteran patients.
