This is a professional reference letter regarding Mr. Larry Sims. As the Human
Resources Manager, Quality and Compliance Officer, and temporary Home Health Aide
Scheduler/Supervisor I have worked closely with Mr. Sims. He has been an employee
of Amandacare, Inc. since February 2, 1999. During his tenure with the agency Mr.
Sims has been a conscientious employee that is always on time and is diligent in
processing his paperwork without error and above the standard the agency has set.
Mr. Sims is very proactive and goes above and beyond in his work to ensure his client
receives excellent care. Mr. Sims exhibits a caring personality and desire to help fellow
co-workers and management in developing care plans for his client as well as making
suggestions on improving the daily living skills of his client. He has a positive demeanor
and outstanding work ethic that does not go unnoticed by management and peers. He
is a model of what our agency strives to have all home health aides become.
