Kim, first of all, I apologize for the delay in sending this out to you.
I want to thank you so much for the time and tremendous effort you put into organizing for our two Midwest file
Saturdays recently. You did a great job and both Lisa Wurster and I felt it was extremely organized. Thank you
so much.
Thank you for providing the job duties list and how to and if any of this should change, just make sure you update
it. This will help us if you are on vacation, etc.
Your idea to introduce the executives in orientation was a good one and Eileen is currently working on adding that
into our presentation.
As we discussed in regards to the Midwest files, you will begin to go through the boxes marked terms and pull out
the pilot files so that Cherish has them for PRIA requests. Wewill then box up the rest and send off to Iron
Mountain. This will be a task that will take you quite a while so just work on it as you can.
Kim, even though you have only been with us 3 months, you are doing a great job.As you become more
comfortable withUltiPro, we may add a few things to your duties once Midwest file project is compleat and once
we receive tile Frontier files and We complete that.
Were you able to find the employee directory on Public Folders? If not, let me know so I can help
you. Thanks again for your hard work!

Dear Mr. Duncan,
Just a note to thank you for this wonderful opportunity. Ihave thoroughly enjoyed working with Debra Christie and
the Sound Insulation team. My only regret is leaving the friendships I have established over the past 3 years of
working with the Indianapolis Airport Authority. Your kindness and those entertaining Christmas dinners will long
be remembered. Iam very excited to start my new career with Republic Airways in their Human Resources
department and I feel blessed to have yet another favorable adventure. Best of luck to you in your future
endeavors. It has been a pleasure working as part of your team. I wish nothing but success for the completion of
this program.
Kindest Regards,
Kim Stuart
