Red Riding Hood was visiting her sick grandmother, taking cookies and milk in a basket. Along the way, she met a wolf who asked her where she was going. She continued on and arrived at her grandmother's house, where the wolf had already eaten the grandmother. The wolf tricked Red Riding Hood into thinking he was her grandmother until she noticed his big eyes, ears, and teeth. She escaped and found a woodsman, who saved her grandmother from the wolf. Red Riding Hood and her grandmother then had a nice lunch together.

Once upon a time in the middle of a thick forest stood a small cottage, the home of a pretty little girl known to everyone as Little Red Riding Hood. One day, her Mummy waved her goodbye at the garden gate, saying: "Grandma is ill. Take her this basket of cakes, but be very careful. Keep to the path through the wood and don't ever stop. That way, you will come to no harm." Little Red Riding Hood kissed her mother and ran off. "Don't worry," she said, "I'll run all the way to Grandma's without stopping."

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

3. The Riding Hood continued her journey to the forest. She walk and sang
happily along the way. But when the Red Riding Hood noticed some lovely flowers
in the woods, She forgot her promise to her mother.
Red Riding Hood : “What lovely flowers ! I’ll pick up this one. Oh, and there are
so many beautiful butterflies, too.”
She picked a few, watched the butterflies flies about for a while, listened to
the frog croaking and then picked a few more flowers. The Red Riding Hood was
enjoying the warm summer day so much, that she didn’t notice a dark shadow
approaching out of the forest behind her.
The Wolf : “Good day young girl. What are you doing out here ?”
Red Riding Hood : “I’m just picking up some lovely flowers.”
The Wolf : “Do you bring some foods ?”
Red Riding Hood : “Yeah, and these are only for my Grandma.”
The Wolf : “would you like to give me some of those foods ? I’m
hungry.”
Red Riding Hood : “Sorry but I’m on my way to see my Grandma who lives
through the forest, near the brook.”
Then The Red Riding Hood relized that it was the greedy wolf. Withouth say
good bye, she ran down the path so quickly to her Grandma’s house. The wolf in
the meantime, took a shortcut.
The Wolf : (gasping) “Finally I’m here. Is this the Grandma’s house ? It
looks so ugly. Uh nevermind. I’m going to it her.”
(knocking the door)
Grandma : (look at the window) “Who’s that ? Oh no! It’s the wolf ! I
don’t let him go inside my house.”
The wolf : (still knocking the door) “Is anyone there ?”
Grandma : (mumbling) “Where do I have to go ? Ah… the bathroom!”
The Wolf : “Hey, open the door or I will break up this door !”
So Grandma locked the door. Quickly she ran towards the bathroom and
hid herself. The wolf became so angry. As the wolf tried to break up the door with
all of her strength she had. The door broken up and opened. The wolf was so
relief.
4. The Wolf : “Ahh.. finally! it’s open! now where’s that old lady? Hmm, I
think she’s gone.”
The wolf though that grandma wasn’t at home. Then the wolf poked
through grandma’s wardrobe to find a nightgown that she liked. She added a
frilly sleeping cap, and for good measure, dabbed some of grandma’s perfume
behind his pointy ears.
A few minutes later, Red Riding Hood came to the grandma’s house. The
wolf jumped quickly into bed and pulled the covers over her nose.
Red Riding Hood : (looking at the front door) (shocked)“Oh my God, who’s have
done this?”
The Wolf : “Oh, there you are my granddaughter. Do come in my dear.”
Red Riding Hood : (entering the house) “Grandma, are you alright? Your voice
sounds so odd.”
The Wolf : “Oh, I just have touch of a cold.” (coughed)
Red Riding Hood : “But grandma, what a big ears you have!”
The Wolf : “The better to hear you with, my dear!”
Red Riding Hood : “But grandma, what a big eyes you have!”
The Wolf : “The better to see you with, my dear!”
Red Riding Hood : “but grandma what a big teeth you have!”
The Wolf : “The better to eat you with, my dear!”
The wolf leapt out of the bed and began to chase the young girl. Almost too
late, Red Riding Hood realized that the person in the bed wasn’t grandmother,
but a hungry wolf. She ran across the room and through the door.
Red Riding Hood : (shouting )“Help! Wolf! Someone help me!”
The Wolf : “You can’t ran from me!”
Red Riding Hood : “Help!”
A Woodsman who has chopping logs nearby heard her cry and ran towards
the cottage as fast as he could.
The Woodsman : “What’s happened, young girl?”
Red Riding Hood : “Please help me, sir. There’s a wolf inside the house. ”
The Woodsman : “Okay, I will help you.”
Red Riding Hood : “Thank you Sir. Oh there it is !”
5. The woodsman : “Go away, greedy wolf ! Or I will kill you, now !” (draw his
axe)
The Wolf : “Please, don’t do that.”
The woodsman : “Then, go away !”
The Wolf : “Okay, I will go now.”
After that the wolf escaped and run away from them. The grandmother
went out from the bathroom and looked for her granddaughter.
Grandma : “Oh my God, what’s going on my dear ?”
Red Riding Hood : “There was a Wolf inside the house. Grandma, are you okay?”
Grandma : “I’m okay my dear.”
Red Riding Hood : “Grandma, I was so afraid that there was something
happened to you.”
Grandma : “Don’t worry my dear, the wolf has been gone. Thanks to the
Woodsman who saved us.”
Red Riding Hood : “Thank you so much, Sir. You saved my life and my
grandma’s.”
The Woodsman : “Your welcome young girl. It’s my pleasure to help you.”
Grandma : “Would you like to join us and drink some tea ?”
The Woodsman : “Love to. ButI have to go work. I’m still busy right now.”
Grandma : “Oh no problem. See you then.”
Red Riding Hood : “Good bye, Sir.”
The Woodsman : “Good bye.” (walk away)
Grandma : “Let’s go inside, my dear.”
Red Riding Hood : “Okay Grandma.”
