Manage process activities, documentation,
coordination with 3rd
party for medical, reference
checks etc. Maintain MIS and updating on ATS
systems
Manage the documentation, coordination and record
updation of 70-80 offers per month
Recruiter
Build candidate lead lists through Internet research,
job board access, use of social media and other
candidate pipelining tools. Phone screen candidates
for relevant fit to client requirements. Invite
candidates to apply. Activity tracking and reporting.
Fully fluent in English.
Screen up to 8-12 professional profiles daily or 20-25
high volume (e.g., accounts associate) profiles. Submit
up 2-3 qualified candidates for screening with client HR
daily.
Lead Recruiter
In addition to the skills outlined above, this person
would provide team leadership and oversight,
internal KPI and SLA management, and would be fully
accountable to the Customer Talent Acquisition team.
Lead a team of up to 4-6 resources for 40-60
professional hires per month. Will be responsible for
managing all client system updates and
publishing/advertising of jobs as per KPI on multiple
channels

Phone screen candidates for relevant fit to client requirements. Invite candidates to apply. Activity tracking and reporting. Fully fluent in English. Screen up to 8-12 professional profiles daily or 20-25 high volume (e.g., accounts associate) profiles. Submit up 2-3 qualified candidates for screening with client HR daily. Lead Recruiter In addition to the skills outlined above, this person would provide team leadership and oversight, internal KPI and SLA management, and would be fully accountable to the Customer Talent Acquisition team. Lead a team of up to 4-6 resources for 40-60 professional hires per month. Will be responsible for managing all client system updates and publishing/advertising of jobs as per KPI on multiple channels Program Manager Management and governance of the project.
