Maria Maksimova successfully worked at Baltika Breweries (part of the Carlsberg Group) in
Channel Marketing Department (North-West Division) within the period of August 2012 – July
2013.
She possessed dedication, personal leadership, responsibility and attention to details when
fulfilling all the tasks set. She was really a valuable member of our team.
During her work at our Company she showed excellent capabilities and skills in analyzing the
Company’s sales KPIs and various Channel Marketing activities, such as sales performance (in
terms of brands, cities, brand platforms), trade-marketing activity efficiency, trading equipment
and cooler POS placement efficiency etc.
She has advanced skills of working with Excel, Power Point and specialized Company’s
software systems, such as CRM/Monolit, Nielsen etc. as well as successfully managing the data
arrays and calculations.
Maria is a versatile and multidisciplinary personality who in addition to her analytical skills
showed great interest and took an active part in various creative projects, generated interesting
ideas that were successfully implemented in practice (advertising materials, slogans, creative
design of secondary placements in POS etc.).
Being a proactive person with intention to self-develop and master in new spheres, she studied a
lot and adopted experience of her colleagues from the Department and other functions. Moreover
she supported all the activities and acted as a project manager of some marketing initiatives.
It should be noted that Maria has profound knowledge in several foreign languages, which is
very important when working at the international Company and preparing the corporate
presentations.
To make a conclusion it is possible to say that Maria is not only a valuable employee, but also
very good, honest and pleasant personality.
I highly recommend her for employment and wish all the best in her future career.
